Vericred is very poorly managed
My Account was handed over to Vericred collections by MTN.. i've been paying since last year but i still get calls from MTN saying i still owing them a huge amount of money yet Vericred keeps on deducting my money without paying the MTN debt first.. i’ve been trying to get hold of them with no luck now my credit score i ruined.

You were blacklisted on the credit bureau by your service provider, i.e. our client, when you defaulted with payment prior to your overdue account being handed over for collection.
Please note that, contrary to your comments, all payments made by you were duly paid over to our client already last year. Our records reflect that you have not settled your debt as there is still an outstanding balance. Furthermore, it is evident that you have not made any payment to your account since 27 NOVEMBER 2023, i.e. four (4) months ago. You will only be updated by the service provider on all credit bureaux once you have repaid and settled your account in full.
