VeriCred is unprofessional

If there was negative starts i would rate VeriCred -5 starts for reviews. They are rediculous and unprofessional. I've been trying to get my 0 balance statement from them after paying them in full they keep on saying they'll send it still now NOTHING. I cant move forward without this statement. I shouldnt be punished to move forward in life through something i did right by paying you guys in-full. Im not one to do this but if this is the way to expose you guys which many people do to get your attention i would. Send my 0 balance statement via email!!
