Vericred is a ****

This company had stole and ****med me money worth to R600.. Before paying them this money they called and sent me messages almost everyday regarding my Truworths account. I told them that i jave already payed Truworths all the money due to them. Vericred agents kept telling me i still owe some fees to them as the account has been handed over to them. I then told them i will pay them and ask for a paid up letter. They were easy and kind to talk to before i sent the money. They promised me the paid letter in few days after i pay the money. Okay as promised i payed the money on 25/05/2024. Aso soon as i payed the money they stopped texting and calling. Few days i called for a paid up letter 😭😭😭they then changed the song and said to me they are not allowed to give paid up letters they only collect the money. And referred me back to Truworths. When i get to Truworths i now appear as a person who still owe R400.00 at Truworths because Vericred did not clear my name and settled the debt. I almost fainted thinking i payed Vericred with my last cent hoping they will clear my Name only to find out i was ****med. When i called them they lashed out on me and till today i called and they referred me to their HeadOffice. I hate Vericred company they jave used me and ****med me.
