I am being harassed by this company as they are busy collecting Mom hospital bill who past on the 27th of December 2017. I have sent them her Death Certificate and a Copy of her ID. I am still grieving and every single day I, have to tell these people that my Mother is dead. Even yesterday I got an sms to say I must pay.
The medical bill on my mom's name and not on mine. Why am i being harrasessed?

We notice that the problem arised from the fact that several Hospital accounts were handed over in name of your mother which were allocated to different branches and not all of them received a copy of the death certificate. We can however inform that the death certificate was received in December 2018 and under the circumstances we have stopped all the relevant accounts.
