Vericred harassing me for something i don't even know
Good day
Vericred they are terrorizing me saying I owe Netcare group, when I call netcare to query I don’t have ay outstanding payments for them, worse is Vericred is saying I owe Parklane pharmacy I have never been to Parklane before, I asked them to send me the invoice as netcare advised but they failed, can Vericred stop harrasing for the debt that i dont know

The Netcare Parklane Pharmacy account was already handed over in MAY 2022 with no payment to date and whereby you were the patient and thus liable. There is no indication that you have queried the account with the service provider seeing that you are disputing it. Please note that we did not request the account fron them, they handed it over and requested us to collect the overdue account from you on their behalf.
Be that as it may, we have requested an invoice from our client for clarity purposes which will be forwarded to yourself once received.
