VERICRED forcing me for payments

Dec 2018 i was sent to Western cape rehabilitation center. March 2019 i was discharged and went for disability grant (sassa) as i am unfit to go back to work. I was still under day hospital as i went physio every week. Jan 2020 i received sms from VERICRED i own them R4125.75 i went to WCRC to sort that out i ended up paying R180. Wcrc reversed the account from VERICRED. Its now Dec 2020 im still recieving sms from them i must make payment eventhough i been contacting them throughout the year and emailing the account with proof of payment of wcrc account which been reversed as well.

They keep cutting me off or putting me thru to other branches or telling me they will phone me back. Im still receiving disability and i had it with these people forcing me to pay.

Please wot can i do to end this and clear my name.

Good day Alexander A, thank you for your report. Please note that the relevant hospital handed the account over for collection. Further to your comments, we have taken it up with them and they have duly instructed today to close the account in question with reason: HANDED OVER IN ERROR (by them). Under the circumstances the account was closed and retracted accordingly and as a result VeriCred will thus not contact you again in this regard. Kind regards.
