Vericred Doesnt reply to e-mails

I'm owing the Durban Univ of Tech and I've been paying for the past 3 months for our 6 Months settlement but it seems as if the amount is increasing every single month and no one is willing to reply to my e-mails. And again, their websites don't work and no one is taking any of my calls. What are we supposed to do? I need answers.
