Vericred Collections Harrassing ne
From 2019 I have been harassed by Vericred Collections regarding the Amphath Account for my mother who passed away in 2019. I have been explaining one and the same thing that the procedure was done without my concern as a main member my mother was not in a state to take decisions as she was in Life support and in her last days of her life. Vericred is harassing me and I sent an e mail to Ampath explaining to them the reason for not paying the account now because Vericred collections have bought the account and collecting on their behalf they are being a nuisance with their rude consultants. Iam tired and what steps should I take

28 Jan 2021, 14:30Good day Maria G, further to your comments, it is not 'an account' as you claim but a total of SEVEN (7) overdue pathologist accounts in your name that were handed over and for which you are being contacted. We have duly confirmed with our client that the service date was in August 2019, that you are the main member and that you are responsible for the outstanding accounts. As a result we are not "harassing' you as you claim on this forum but will thus continue to collect the outstandfing monies from yourself on all the outstanding accounts until they are settled in full, as per instruction from our client. Please be guided accordingly. Thank you.
