VeriCred Collections annoying mails looking for payment but paid already
I am trying to contact them regarding e-mails they sending me but all numbers dont work, its very frustrating as payment was made to them and they still bothering me, so please stop sending me mails

Our records reflect that you have 2 (TWO) overdue hospital accounts handed over for collection with no payment evident on each account, nor any indication that you have ever forwarded us any relevant proof of settlement as you claim the accounts are paid up.
Be that as it may, we will arrange for you to be contacted for the proof that both your accounts were indeed settled as being claimed. In the interim a 'hold was placed on the accounts pending clarity received in this regard.
