Vericred collecting on a debt which has prescribed

I have tried contacting Vericred via call back SMS and their site and have received no response. In addition the site function for call back does not load images meaning the user cant complete the call back function.

Vericred has been trying to collect on a debt which I paid over ten years ago, I have been re-iterating the same message for months on end and they keep sending me messages that I am owing on this account.

Someone from Vericred please call me ASAP!
