Vericred claiming on account already paid
I don't normally resort to Hell peter, but when people are so pathetic. and trying to claim money on an account that was paid over 8 months ago, then I take it as my duty to point out the stupidity, Now I have told your clerks that this account has been settled 8 moths ago, Keep trying to phone me and keep sending me sms, and I will report you to the NCR, this is harassments.. fix your account, THIS IS PAID IN FULL, WAKE UP PEOPLE, i have a new statement from Medicross it is settled 8 months ago

I have account balance and statement dated 31.08.2020, showing zero balance owing. DO YOUR JOB PLEASE PHONE MEDICROSS TO CONFIRM THIS ... I SHOULD NOT BE DOING YOUR JOB FOR YOU

30 Nov 2020, 09:45Hello EFROST, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please note that your overdue account was handed over by Medicross for collection due to non-payment. It is correct in saying that it was settled eight months ago however we are reliant on the data to export to us in order for the account to update accordingly. The account did subsequently adjust and the outstanding balance was in respect of the legal collection fees in terms of the Debt Collectors Act, as the account was handed to a debt collector. Please take cognisance that these fees were waived as a gesture of goodwill and the account was finalised accordingly, we apologise for the inconvenience caused in this regard. Regards

30 Nov 2020, 10:24I'm sorry, you wavid fees on Good will LOL .. really what a joke, you charged fees on a account that was paid from the beginning, you *******Y tried to collect money on a paid up account, THEN YOU MAKE A STUIPD comment like you will waiver the ******* fees charged, between you and Medicross you don't know what you doing. then you make it sound like you doing me a favor, Really .. and this is after i told and emailed your company many times to rectify, I should charge you for my time.
