Vericred Boston Cape Town ignores you when you try to contact them.
Vericred Boston in Cape Town NEVER answer the phone when you try to contact them and NEVER responds to emails. I tried phoning for 2 weeks, one day I kept phoning back as soon as I got disconnected. After a few times it would ring once then I get disconnected; another time I could hear how they pick it and hang up immediately again; another time they picked it up (I could hear the background noise) and held it for 5 seconds then hung up even though I tried talking to them.

06 Feb 2020, 14:43Good day Kobus H, thank you for your report. We are aware of the problem, which especially affects incoming calls to the branch in question. Due to the specific problems at hand it creates the perception that calls are being dropped etc. which is actually not the case. Be that as it may, the matter is receiving the necassary and urgent attention and a system upgrade is imminent which hopefully will eliminate any further problems in this regard. 28 Mar 2020, 14:53Hi. It is amazing how this was also the issue 2 years ago when I also had problems getting hold of your offices... Its also funny how the person in your office picks up and I can hear the background noise and they actually hold it like that for about 5 seconds and then hung up.... Doesn't seem like an issue technical issue, more like a person not wanting to do their job kind of problem. Either way I hope it doesn't take another 2 years to sort out...
