Have settled my account withenm and got a paid up letter, after Hyundai settled the same account and now the refuse to give me back my money even if proof is provided, theses people are ****** and the staff is unproffesional

Please take cognisance of the facts as it seems you are not fami**** with the procedures of collecting: you did not pay your account and our client RCS handed the account over, instructing us to collect the money on their behalf. You did subsequently settle the account as mentioned, however, please advise how we "refuse" to give you back 'your' money? The account is then paid up, and all payments made by you were duly paid over to RCS in respect of your account and RCS has confirmed that they have received it. Under the circumstances we amicably request that you retract your defamatory comments of us being '******" and liaise directly with our client regarding your account. Thank you, VeriCred Collections.
