These people are obnoxious to say the least. Rude people phone and then shout. No matter how many times I tell them I have paid the supplier, in January, they keep on phoning. I have asked for statements but, in contravention of the credit collection organisation they are supposedly members of they say it will cost me. I am still waiting for a statement. They are nothing but useless ************

Please take cognisance that your allegations of us being "************" is not only false but defamatory.
Our records reflect that you have a total of TWO (2) outstanding and overdue accounts that were handed over for collection due to non-payment and still reflecting with outstanding balances. Partial payments were made to each account last in December 2021 and in January 2022 respectively with no further payments evident since. You claim to have settled the accounts with the 'supplier' yet we have never received any relevant proof in this regard nor has our client notified us of any such payments since January.
Under the circumstances we will arrange for statements and invoices of both your outstanding accounts to be forwarded to you for your perusal and payment. Should you have settled the accounts in question as you mention on this site, we amicably request that you forward the proof of payments as a matter of urgency to investigate your claims with our client.
