Very *********** and useless. After a year of being hounded, still not resolution and a million phone calls that have mounted to nothing!

01 Feb 2021, 09:46Hello PATRICIA N, thank you for your report. Furtehr to your comments, we note that you had previous accounts handed over for collection due to non-payment. There were also TWO (2) overdue pathologist accounts handed over for collection in 2020 in your name of which one is paid and our records reflect that there is still an outstanding account in this regard. To eliminate any further confusion, we will arrange to send you proof of the paid account as well as details and the relevant invoice of the other account in your name which still requries payment and which our client also confirmed is still outstanding. Should you however have paid this account in the interim we amicably request you to forward proof in this regard as a matter of urgency to be able to investigate accordingly. Thank you,

I have sent my POP made last year in October and have requested a phone call, nothing to date. And the other occasion you refer to was due to an error on your side and it took several months to be resolved with no apology in the end. I have sent the very same POP to your company since October last year and have an email trail to prove it and still this issue remains unresolved.
