Last week I paid the amount that was due by me, only to find that today I need to pay R35 for a clearance letter.

Vericred May I please get a clarification on this because a lady(Mathapelo Mohale) then called me and shouted at me telling me that she’s doing her and hung up on when I told her to not shout at me.

Can I also please get that call recording, I am taking this matter further. She had no right to tell me that my letter will be sent Monday and when I asked if I won’t be told the funds haven’t cleared she said well that that’s the system.
