Vericred

I would like to check if Vericred Collections is legit. I'm starting to get concerned.I made a payment arrangement with them for my outstanding university fees, I gave them my banking details for a debit order and approved the debit order mandate. Now they are calling me every second day for no apparent reason, I'm concerned because while I want to pay off this debt, I'm worried that they may be sgebengus please advise anyone who has dealt with them.
