VERI-QUICK TO CHARGE - VERI-BAD SERVICE!!!

Completely paid up my account, including the ridiculous R20's everytime they looked in the general direction of a phone. Emailed proof of payment - still waiting for my paid up letter - for which I also paid. Do these people not a have a conscience??? Have they never ran into financial difficulty - and then instead of going through a long court process - recover their monies - but still come with long stories about systems updating??? WHAT WAS THE PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR THEN???? Absolute incompetence in this country just reaches new heights daily. Viva RSA.
