Veri cred please fix Ur services
I was handed over to this company for a The Fix clothing store account.I received a SMS with a link where I could make the payment of which I paid the account in full in the 28 of much 2023 today is the 03 of April 2024 but they are saying the payment has not reflected.All I need is a paid up letter so I can. Fix my credit

Further to the comments, we hereby confirm the following:
- You made a PAY@ payment d/d 28/03/24, i.e. just before the long weekend. It takes +- 5 - 7 days for these type of payments to reflect.
- The payment reflected in your account only on 04/04/2024, i.e. yesterday and as such the account is now settled.
- The monies will be paid over to our client in terms of the contract. Once received and your account is finalised with your service provider, will they issue a paid-up letter.
- As our client, i.e. your service provider, listed your adverse details on the credit bureaux prior to handover, the letter will also serve to have your details updated on all credit bureaux.
