Veri Cred paid up letter

I am very disappointed with Veri cred it took me 2 years to clear my dept but now when I'm supposed to get my paid up letter I'm being given the run around I need the paid up letter so I can clear my name and be able to apply for bond but since February 2022 till now June 14 I'm still waiting for my paid up letter I call everyday and they will cut the calls
