Utter useless

And again you waste your own time and money, which you will never get back. Vericred certainly employs *********** staff. Why do you not learn from it? I have said it before and will say it again. The account was paid long before it reached your offices. A week after I received their invoice, it was paid via EFT. And again, as explained before, that specific bank account was closed and I do not have access to it anymore. However, early in 2020, I was advised that the bank charges would be around R400 to retrieve the proof of payment from this old closed account. Again, as mentioned every time when you call me, I will gladly get the proof of payment, if your client contribute to the bank charges. You still did not give me feedback on this. I have warned you before...1 more harassment from you and I will report you to the relevant bodies. You have now been reported. Enjoy it

Hi CHRISTO, our previous reply has reference which is self-explanatory. As clearly explained, the account in question is still outstanding, duly confirmed by our client who provided the services to yourself whereby you were the patient. As previously requested, the alleged proof of payment is required to investigate your claims and have the account sorted and finalised.
Be that as it may, please take cognisance that further to your threats and refusal to provide the relevant proof of settlement, your account was handed over to our panel of Attorneys who will contact you in due course to collect the outstandig monies on behalf of our client.
As a result, the outstanding account is thus no longer with VeriCred Collections (Pty) Ltd.
Thank you.

Best regards,

Well maybe someone else will have the decency to adhere to what I say. Unlike yourselves. The matter was still reported to the relevant bodies, so it will not make any difference if you gave it to someone else. You will still be investigated
