Useless Customer Service

I've never had such a bad experience like this one before,i spoke to this people numerous times about refunding and stopping the debicheck they have on my account,This lady with the name Geraldine du Toit was very short of,as I tried explaining my situation,I eventually send trough all my documents as requested for my refund but still whitout no response,and if I call them is like they see who is calling and blatantly ignore the call,I paid them up,I got my paid up letter,even though I think they made me paid for prescribed debt
