Useless company
These people have been harassing me every month about an account that was paid. They requested proof of payment. It was sent now they requesting same proof of payment. I don't understand their nonsense. I'm taking legal action against this nonsense of a company

Please take note that you have made payment to our client and not into our banking account, and they never transferred payment to us to update the account. We hereby confirm that we have received the relevant proof which was subsequently confirmed by our client.
Our records reflect that your overdue account was handed over already in October 2020 and last payment received some +-18 months later in May 2022. There is still an outstanding balance on your account in respect of the legal collection fees accrued in accordance with the Debt Collectors Act. We have however agreed to waive these costs as a gesture of goodwill and the account in question was finalised and closed accordingly.
