untrusted debit collectors
hello , my name is Ally Monareng i am writing this review because of the bad treatment and empty promises i have experienced from VERICRED last time i wrote a review complaining about their services they promised to conduct research on that matter but even today am still waiting , I have paid all i was owing to them through a debit order and i was waiting for them to send me the proof of payment so i can go close the card properly , But after two weeks of making the last payment their agent called telling me i was owing R290 and honestly i still dont know where it comes from and since am holding all the proof of my payments am not going to pay that amount , all am asking is for you to send me that proof of payment i need to go close that account properly and you are holding me back, you are not only putting a red flag on your company but also to the store i opened the account from, I NEED MY PROOF OF PAYMENT.
Please take note that our client offered a discount on your outstanding account which was handed over for collection. Upon payment made we had to wait for formal authorisation from them to finalise the account. This was subsequently obtained and under the circumstances we will forward the clearance letter (paid up letter or 'proof of payment' as mentioned by you) today to the mail adress used by you on this forum. There is thus no additional monies to be paid by you, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
The said letter can be presented to any store of your service provider, who listed your adverse details on the credit bureaux before handover, in order to have your details updated accordingly.
Kind regards.
