Please take cognisance that you will be called in due course and explained of the facts at hand regarding your account that was handed over for collction by your service provider (i.e. our client).
Contrary to your comments, there was no additional debit order and no extra funds paid, there was in fact only THREE (3) debit order payments as duly mentioned by you which covered your debt. Please note that since your overdue account was handed over for collection to a debt collector, you were also liable for the legal collection fees accrued in the collection processes in adherence to the Debt Collectors Act, 114 of 1998, Annexure B. Details available on the website of the Council for Debt Collectors: www.cfdc.org.za. Be that as it may, in view of the above, a consultant will contact you to explain in this regard and provide you with the correct information.
Thank you.
