Unprofessional service
Vericred operate in a strange way. They did not communicate anything with us and then sent us a statement with statistics requesting payment. I emailed them last week and there was no response. I sent them a follow-up email today. This service is very disappointing.

- Be that as it may, we managed to trace the account in question. An outstanding and overdue pathologist account, of which you were the patient on date of service, was handed over for collection due to non-payment.
