UNPROFESSIONAL HARRASSMENT
I am being harrassed by Vericred for my ex husband's Ampath accounts. I have told them by email to remove my contact details as I am NOT responsible for these accounts, yet today I received up to 20 sms's threatening legal action should I not pay! Very unprofessional, gangster behaviour!

01 Feb 2021, 09:32Hello CHARLENE W********, further to your claims of 'gangster behaviour', please note of the fact that that numerous overdue accounts were handed over in January for the reference used by you on this forum. Please take cognisance that your contact number was on all the accounts handed over by our client hence sms's received which means that there was previous handovers and your details was given as a reference/next of kin by the account holder/main member. We did not randomly choose to load your telephone number on the accounts and you should inform Anpath that you are divorced and request them to remove your details from your ex husband's accounts as the same is going to happen whern further accounts are handed over. Be that as it may, your contact number which you mention was duly de-activated accordingly with VeriCred on the outstanding accounts handed over at present.
