Unprofessional.
I settled my MTN on the 16 of May 2024 the next day I sent an email to Amanda Ngwenya Requesting a settlement letter. She did not respond unit I sent her an email again asking if she’s not even going to acknowledge receipt of emails. Thereafter she sent me a statement of account not a settlement letter. I have sent several email since then she has not responded or acknowledged. Can I please have a settlement letter
