Unprofessional collecting company
I paid the amount as per agreement and arrangements with agents and now they are quiet, not responding to email regarding paid up letter

The paid-up letter was duly forwarded via email to the same email address you use on this forum and a positive delivery note was received. If you claim that you have not received it, check your junkmail and spam folders too and please confirm receipt thereof.
Please take cognisance that, because you defaulted with payment, you were listed on the credit bureaux by your service provider prior to handover. As per advices from our client, i.e. your service provider, your details will be updated on the credit bureaux after 90 days.
