Unprofessional and lack of experience on how to deal with clients
****. Very disgusting attitude from the agents, not professional at all which clearly shows that they were not trained about customer service and how to speak to clients. The agent I spoke to today, hung-up the call, which is very unprofessional since I’m the one who called. *****ing customer’s information that is not up-to date.
