Unjustified solicitation of paymemt
My account was handed over by DR SS VIJENDRANATH after i disputed the balance and requested a statement which i never received instead they called my mother informing her that i owe them.When a consultant from vericred call i request a statement and she told me that it is not her job to get me a statement ,her job is to collect money.I have been called several and i was told to call the Dr for a statement,i called the Dr only to find out that the Dr has retired. Priscilla from vericred called and promised to get me a statement and am still waiting even today.she said my account will keep on going up because they call me and there email is R24 which i never received otherwise i must drive from pretoria to there office in witbank.Everytime i request a statement i receive this sms" Pay today: ABSA VERICRED GENERAL TRUST Acc ".If vericred cant get the statement,or doesn't know whether the account is owed or not which i find it unfair because everytime they call i always explain myself and they don't even bother to contact the Dr to get what transpired.
