My Fundi account was handed over to them,I requested paid up letter,I was given a statement,I have settled the account,it is still appearing as owed under my credit report

We have provided a 'zero balance' statement in the interim as proof of settlement. Kindly note that due to company policy, a paid-up letter can only be issued 45 days after the last debit order date. Your settlement debit order was on 29/02/2024 and we will thus be able to issue you with the paid-up letter d/d 14/04/2024..
The letter will be sent to your email address on file, which is the one quoted by you on this forum, in order to have your adverse details updated on the credit bureaux.
