Unfair treatment
Watch out for these people. They make their money from sending emails and sms'e to you without your consent and then keep sending it even after your did exactly as they instructed you.

16 Sept 2020, 09:29Good day LEZANNE Z, further to your comments, please take cognisance of the fact that due to you defaulting in payment, your overdue account was handed over for collection by our client to a debt collector and they instructed us to collect the outstanding monies on their behalf. Yes, we are a business, there will naturally be charges incurred on your outstanding account in terms of the Debt Collectors Act which you would not have been liable for had you paid your account with our client prior to handover. Kindly note that VeriCred is registered with the Council for Debt Collectors and our charges are strictly in accordance with the laid down procedures as stipulated in the Debt Collectors Act, 114 of 1998. Please fami****ise yourself with the relevant charges by a debt collector by referring to the Council's website: www.cfdc.org.za. (charges exlusive of VAT). Furthermore, you decided to write anonymously on this forum without providing the required information under 'additional information' , not even a phone number, to be able to trace your handed over account(s) and to investigate your allegations and claims.
