Unfair office practices

I'm an ex employee at the company and what I can say is there is no boundaries and professionalism. The company supervisors, won't mention names, I had noticed how she favoured collectors amongst her team, I have heard more than 5 workers complaining about her working ethics, they noticed how she moves paying accounts from agents who struggled to get those debits orders to her friends whom she parties with and her boyfriend who is a collector there, her favouritism is not hidden because 1 of her friends have been not reaching her targets for more than 6 months, after being moved from the other team to hers suddenly she reached within a month. A certain collector was suspended from work because of not reaching targets only to find out that her paying accounts were reallocated to her friends. Also 1 lady who I also have observed her work, how she gets settlements and immediate payments surprisingly she doesn't reach her targets and keeps quite and don't follow ups , even after the hard work she doing.... Vericred collections is a great company to work in but it becomes a problem when there is no boundaries between superiors and the agents, it even came to a point whereby an ex agent who recently came back to the company threatened her and within 2 months she started reaching her targets its as if she was so scared of her then the only way to keep her shut was by allocating paying accounts that she has not worked for
