Unauthorized debit order
Good day, I do not understand Why this company has been debiting my account without my permission.I do not know what is the R500.00 debited for.I went through my bank statement and it has been for years.Can you kindly come back to me regarding this.
I need someone to explain how they got my banking details.

Further to the comments and allegations, please note the fact that the debit order for R500-00 was authorised by yourself in 2016 already, is formally on record and have been going off in respect of your overdue RCS Loan account, which was handed over for collection in Oct 2015, and has been in existence for two and a half years. This company, i.e. VeriCred, may not and will never just debit a debtor's account and institute a debit order prior to the account holders consent and knowledge. Be that as it nay, should you contest/dispute the debit order in question, i.e. never approved of such and never gave authority for same, you can query it with your bank who will in turn forward the dispute to the relevant entities for resolution and relevant feedback.
