Unauthorized debit
I received a call from one of the agents working for this company and we made an arrangement for a debit order to go through only for the 2nd of June 2022. They also debited again on the 2nd of July of which I never agreed to that debit order. I meant my money back that was taken without my permission.

21 Jul 2022, 10:23Good day Sibonise M, as informed previously by us, the matter was duly investigated.
As per the debit order agreement, which is recorded in accordance with legislation, it is clear that it was discussed with you that a debit order is to be instituted however on two dates, i.e. 2nd of June AND the 2nd of July which you acknowledged and agreed to. It is thus one debit order but on two different dates. As a result two payments were effected to repay your outstanding debt that was handed over and as a result no monies are due to you as no excess monies were paid which you allege is due to you. Your account is thus now paid in full.
Please note that the service provider listed your details on the credit bureaux when they handed the account over for collection due to non-payment. Under the circumstances we will forward you the paid up letter which in turn you need to present to them, to have your adverse details updated on the credit bureaux.
Thank you.
