UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS
Vericred contacted me to arrange for payment of Ampath accounts. By all means I will pay. Gave them instructions to debit my account on 29 MARCH 2016. (They record the conversation). This morning I got confirmations from my bank that Vericred has deducted money from my account! TODAY IS 26 FEBRUARY 2016, NOT 29 MARCH 2016. Wrong date and wrong month! I had to pay the bank costs for reversing the money. I have also blocked them from ever trying to deduct money again. I will pay the money over to them via EFT on 29 MARCH 2016.
