Truthfull or not? That the question.
On 14 February 2019 I received a letter from Vericred about an outstsnding medical account. When I phoned them I was informed that they cannot tell me what medical account it is. Eventually I get the name after I spoke to a very rude employee. I phoned them three times. The last time I was informed that Vericred does not do medical accounts. Clearly they do. Now they denied it.

18 Mar 2022, 08:58Hello JURGENS T*****, we refer to your report. It is not clear why you would refer to an old account of yours on which you have received correspondence back in 2019 and which is now being mentioned 3 years later.
Be that as it may, we place on record record that you previously had two (2) overdue and outstanding 'medical accounts' which were handed over for collection due to non payment. Our records further reflect that you have no accounts handed over at present for collection.
Further to your comments, please take cognisance that we have a vast amount of clients in all business sectors and which include 'medical accounts' as well, i.e. pathologists, doctors, hospitals etc.
In conclusion, our clients include the medical sector.
Thank you.

18 Mar 2022, 16:49I totally understand why you are asking why three years later. Unfortunately Vericredi brought it up a week or two ago.
The medical accounts you refering to - the one was invalid and should never been handed over and the other one I never receive any correspondence from you.
It still did not give Vericred the right to withheld the information and been rude. BTW a week or two ago this matter should have been investigated. Again are you truthful? Would you have investigated it?
It also did not gave you the right to sent incorrect and incomplete letter that clearly do not meet the criteria of the letters you sent.
