Threatening demanding lettersf

I can't believe the nerve this company has sending me Disrespectful Threatening Emails that I don't appreciate. On the 23rd of May 2024 I received a call from this company (Johnathan called) advising me my account has been over to them for collection. I explained to him I don't understand why my account is handed over when I have been making payment to Ampath. Anyway this is something I will deal with Ampath. He gave me an amount that's outstanding that doesn't match the statement I received from Ampath and I told him I will not be paid a cent extra then the statement Ampath send me and Vericred must charge Ampath for the service they giving Ampath because I am not paying for it. He called his manager Kate I spoke to her and I advised her I do not have time for this so I will pay the outstanding amount I received on my statement dating 21/05/2024. Johnathan called me back we loaded that payment arrangements and to my surprise this morning I see a beautiful email from Vericred treating me.Insulting me saying that they have been trying to get hold of me and they will not tolerate my reluctance to pay the account when I am a person that pays whatever I have on time. I have no debt I have my priorities in order and I will not allow a company like this to insult me.

I will log a complaint to the ombudsman or I will pay R1 a month I don't mind paying a lifetime for an account than you can send me this emails. I will sue you for defamation of Character because the things you put in that letter does not describe the person I am.

AND THIS IS NO JOKE
