This is enough NOW

I have now had enough - I got a missed call from *** - my spouse has debt and I have been paying the debt monthly. anyway - I call back only to get told that they cant find my spouse's file - anyway I request them to look at other branches - The lady comes back to me to say we have been handed over to the attorneys due to non-payment - this is BS!!! I have all proof of payments. Please note i can not answer calls in the day only between 14:00 - 14:30pm. Please email me the statement of this account URGENTLY! I also request that a manager contacts me urgently please! If no success is reached with this - I will be going to the consumer council.<br> <br> Thanks
