The worst sickening experience
The worst service I have received
I was somehow handed over to vericred , they helped me prove that I was ****med but can't clear my name. What is that? What bull are we living in?? This is sickening that you have to fight to get your name cleared while being ****med, the frustration is real but you are never taken into consideration.

Please take note that we are a COLLECTION COMPANY and not a credit bureau. Contrary to your comments, we did not blacklist you on any credit bureau and as such we are not responsible to 'clear' you any credit bureau as you claim.
Our records reflect that an overdue and outstanding account of yours was handed over for collection to us already in Sept 2023. However, due to no payment by you received, it was withdrawn by our client in December of 2023. It is thus evident that they listed your adverse details on the credit bureau prior to the account being handed over for collection. As a result they need to 'clear your name' but only after the debt was settled.
In conclusion, the entity that list your adverse details on the credit bureau is responsible to update your records after settlement.
