The rocket science of posting payments
The worst people to deal with. So they're debiting a set amount monthly, but for some reason when i receive the statements there's "missing" payments. I have sent these people numerous bank statements reflecting the above and I've been told to give head office time to sort this out.(since last year) I've sent mails to their whole Finance department and is still waiting on a reply. To date I have not had any feedback nor is my statement updated with 6 "missing" payments.

There is a technical problem regarding Secure Card Payments, although evident on your bank statement, which is being investigated and followed up accordingly with the service provider. In the ingterim we have placed a hold on your account that was handed over for collection in November 2021. Formal feedback will be provided to yourself during the course of next week regarding the issue.
