Terrible service, rude employees and *********.
Terrible service and rude employees. I requested an account to be sent to me a month ago for something that was handed over without me even knowing there was an account. They claim an email was sent, keep me on the line for 10 minutes and put me on mute. Their call centre wastes your time and causes even more frustrations. When they answer their phones they sound so uninterested and like they doing you a favor. It's your job!
When you submit requests online, they never get back to you. You try the online portal and that too never works. You try their whatsapp, and also don't get a response.
How do you expect people to get a hold of you for important matters? Why do you employee people when they don't do what they supposed to? Or is it mismanagement and you make them unhappy?

Be that as it may, our records reflect that your overdue pathologist account was handed over for collection by our client due to non-payment. We will arrange today to forward you the relevant agent statement coupled with the invoiceto mail the address as stipulated by you. Please note that contrary to your comments, there is no INTEREST charges on your outstanding account but legal collection fees are being charged in accordance with the Debt Collectors Act ,as your outstanding account was handed to debt collectors.
We apologise for the delay and inconvenience caused in this regard.

Regardless if it's interest or fees, you do not do your jobs when we ask for the information and then have a nerve to charge extra fees for your so called work.
You can also stop treating customers as uneducated and undermining us with your responses. Stop defending 😤 and actually take responsibility as well as take the time to understand your many negative reviews to improve your business.
Your condescending tone is not APPRECIATED and neither are your capital letters. Learn customer and writing etiquette. You can include your CEO in your email too, maybe it's high time someone actually informs them of what is going on in your business.
