Terrible service and I m being ****med

I called Vericed on the 1st of August to get the total amount I had to settle. I was quoted over the phone R7915.92 I even received a text , I made the full payment on the 3rd of August my reference number is .*** I recieved a call from an agent to find out if indeed i made a payment, I told the agent over the phone yes and I was about to call to get the email address to send my proof of payment. The agent sent me an SMS with a different amount it now shows I owe R8038.32, I meant its only four days part when I received the 1st text of the settlement amount. I emailed my details plus the SMS, I called Vericred in Cape town more than 5 times all my calls go unanswered or they drop my calls. When I finally got through to an agent who sounded like she didn't want to help she told me someone will call me back but nothing. I can't be ****med like this when I already paid alot of money and I was quoted how long it is valid. The service is awful

Good day Tumiso, Ledwaba we refer to your report. Further to your defamatory and false statement, please explain how you were "being ****MED" as you allege on this forum. There was initially problems with the telephone lines and calls were not 'dropped' as you claim. Be that as it may, you only made the payment last SATURDAY, i.e. 2 days ago. The money does not appear in the account straight away as it has to be imported the following Monday, i.e. TODAY. The sms you refer to, was also sent before you made payment and was not sent for balance purposes but to provide you with an EMAIL ADDRESS whereby you were to forward the proof of payment. Please take cognisance that, contrary to your allegations, the correct amount was given and paid by you, the account was subsequently finalised, repaid and closed accordingly TODAY 5 August 2019. Please take further notice that since you defaulted in repayment with our client TFG, they have backlisted you on the credit bureau. You will thus receive a clearance letter to take to our client in order to have your default status updated on the credit bureau. Regards, VeriCred Collections
