Terrible service

In January I've made a payment. One of your consultants contacted me to inform that they have not received payment. I asked her to give me an email address in order for me to send the proof. She promised to SMS one to me, which she has not. I phoned later the day, spoke to another consultant who gave me an email address, which ended up being incorrect. Tried to phone again, but the number just keeps ringing. Eventually the first consultant phoned me back, finally sent me an SMS with the email address, which surprise-surprised turned out to be incorrect as well. I've been trying to reach anyone as per the number on the SMS as well as internet, but no one has been answering this line for the past 2 weeks. Now I've received a letter of damand, from a no-response email and an 018 number which no one answers either.

I can't believe I have to resort to puting a complaint on Hello Peter in order to reach anyone who'd be able to give me an email address so that I can send the proof of payment through. This is bludy pathetic!!

Good day, thank you for your report. Upon investigation it was established that VeriCred by no means could have supp**** you with the incorrect email address reflecting the wording "...Vericredit''' as was assumed, as the company is called "VeriCred". It was thus by no means an error on the part of VeriCred that the relevant email address was incorrectly understood to contain the wording '...Vericredit'. Be that as it may, we have arranged for the relevant Supervisor to contact you and to provide you with the correct details. Furthermore, the matter of having problems with the telephones and emails at the specific call centre was also relayed to yourself. We trust that this will suffice.
Kind regards,, VeriCred Collections (Pty) Ltd

Good day. I assure you that your reply is in no way satisfactory nor do I appreciate you undermining my intelligence by implying that I misunderstood the email address. I suggest you adjust your attitude during further communication as I find your tone to be arrogant. In all my 13 years in the customer service industry have I never been spoken to nor spoke to anyone the way you have in your above reply. I have been provided with both vericredit and vericred email address, none of which had gone through. Your second consultant provided me with a vericredit email address, which she still spelt out. So unless you are calling me uneducated, I suggest you apologise for making assumptions. I did get a call from someone yesterday. She provided me with yet another email address that did not go through and the number she phoned me from was not being answered. She also mention a problem with the emails and telephone lines, to which I implore you to find a solution. This is simply unacceptable that I have tried 3 different email addresses and 3 different contact numbers and none of them have worked. How do you run a business this way? If your clients can't even contact you. The latest of which being yesterday. Please supply me with an email address that actually works. And a contact number so that I can speak to this person on the phone to make sure they got my proof of payment. I trust that you will find a suitable solution.
