Taking forever to issue a Paid up letter
I've been trying to get a paid up letter from Ndivhuho Matika who was handling my account. I've sent emails after emails, when I call it's either he/she is busy or the receptions says she can't hear me then drops the call.

17 Aug 2023, 13:46Hello Lebohang M******. your review bears reference. Please take cognisance of the fact that a paid up letter cannot be issued as you have not settled the full account with VeriCred. The last payment to your account was in JULY 2020 with no further payments. Due to no payment, our client has retracted your account with still an outstanding balance and it was closed already in February 2021 with ourselves.
However, if you claim that you have settled the whole account, please forward the actual proof in this regard to '***' as a matter of urgency.
In lieu of the aforesaid and in conclusion, your account was not settled in full and was withdrawn, as such you cannot be issued with a 'paid up' letter. Please refer to our client, your service provider, for any further enquiries in this regard.
Regards.
