Still battling to get a paid up letter

Vericred started handling my homechoice account after not being able to pay. I have paid all the monies that were outstanding on 01/12/2017, and till now i am battling to get a paid up letter, i have been phoning many times and it's getting very frustrating that i am speaking to different advisors who are not helpful here. I am getting transferred from one advisor to another. One of the consultants said i must phone homechoice for paid up letter and unfortunately they cant even help me. I had to phone vericred back and it's not helping. They knew how to phone me and respond to my emails before settling payment. Now no one is willing to assist because they received their monies.

Good day, thank you for your report. Please note that VeriCre d is not authorised to issue a 'paid up' letter on a Homechoice account, at their direct instructions. They have to issue the letter as per agreement. The account is paid with VeriCred however Homechoice advised that they apparently still have an outstanding balance. As a result the relevant proof was sent to Homechoice by VeriCred that the payment was received and that it was duly paid over to them. Under the circumstances they need to update their records and finalise the account on their side. As soon as that is done , they will duly forward the letter to VeriCred to forward to you. Be that as it may, the relevant people is monitoring the situation and is following up on a regular basis with Homechoice and as soon as they send to us will we be able to forward the letter to yourself..

Regards, VeriCred Collections

Good day,

We have again investigated with our client Homechoice yesterday 21/02/2018 who duly authorised us to issue the required letter. The letter was sent today to the same email address as quoted by you in this report. We trust that this is in order and apologise for the inconvenience caused in this regard.
