SIBANI WORST CUSTOMER CENTRE CONSULTANT
****TY EXPERIENCE FROM SIBANI! Firstly Ampath sent us the wrong banking details and claim that payment wasn't made! After explaining that payment was made to the shared banking details she further goes on to read her terms and conditions without acknowledging what I've said! She has no patience in dealing with elder clients and explaining thoroughly! She sounds bitter and doesn't seem to like her job! For the interest of the company move hr to a different department ASAP!!!
