Shouting at me calling me a ****.
I have been contacted from a Consultant earlier today around 10am she spoke to me nicely, we made arrangements for payment on the 27th of R900.00 then at 11:39 i am then contacted by Nomfundo who is very Rude she was talking over my voice telling me i am lying no one called me today to make arrangements, telling me to keep quit and let her talk,i asked to speak to her superiors she said they are Busy i said i was willing to hold she came again and said my superirs are busy i will ask them to call you back then she hang up on me.<br>

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have investigated in this regard. Please be guided that you have two (2) accounts that were handed over for collection, you have made arrangements with the one agent on the one account hence when the agent in question contacted you on the other account, it was not detected (as you have made repayment arrangements on a different account.) Be that as it may, it is a new agent and under the circumstances the necassary was done and the agent was issued with a warning to avoid re-occurences of this nature in future. We apologise for the inconvenience caused in this regard.
