Shocking service
These people can drain the life out of you! The appaling service and ridiculous charges are shocking!!!!!

31 Aug 2017, 09:19Good day MOTHIBI02, thank oyu for your report. You claim on a public forum about alleged "appalling service" however you do not elaborate. Is it perhaps because you are being contacted about your overdue account which our client instructed us to collect the outstanding monies on their behalf due to non-payment by you? We can assure you the charges are not "ridiculous' as you allege. Kindly take cognisance of the fact that we are registered with the Council for Debt Collectors as well as the Association of Debt Recovery Agents (ADRA); as a result our charges are strictly in adherence to the laid down procedures as stipulated in the Debt Collectors Act, 114 of 1998. Please fami****ise yourself with the applicable charges by a debt collector by referring to the Council's website: www.cfdc.org.za. These charges exclude VAT. We have however agreed as a gesture of goodwill to waive a portion of the outstanding collections fees. Under the circumstances an amended agent statement will be forwarded to you under separate advice reflecting the amount due and banking details.
